Delivery terms
Outside of Istanbul: The orders you place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are delivered to the cargo company within 1 business day at the latest.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays are delivered to the cargo company within the next working day.
Depending on your region and the disponibility of the cargo company, your orders are delivered in 1-3 business days.
Shipments to all cities other than Istanbul are made with Yurtiçi Kargo.
In Istanbul: Orders you place until 16:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are delivered by our company’s vehicles within 1 - 2 business days at the latest.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are delivered by our company vehicles within the next 1 or 2 following working days at the latest.
Shipping is provided to the Islands, Arnavutköy, Çatalca, Silivri, Şile and Tuzla counties.
